碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 社會工作學系 === 103 === Abstract After I became a social worker, I finally understood that helping people is not like what I thought before. When I meet a lot of difficulties in helping people, I didn’t know why I meet so many difficulties situations. However, when I didn’t want to face the working problems, I couldn’t solve those problems at the same time. When I can face the problems that I met in working times, I found that the one who gain most was me. After I wrote those stories about some clients, I finally understood that I and clients were the same. And I discover one thing that I didn’t know before, I started to see myself and I receipt that I wasn’t a perfect person. Then I can see and receipt myself and my family. When I came back to see my working situations, counter-transference and boundary were the most issues in my working life that I didn’t know how to solve before. Now I try to use my words to explain what I think and my choice about counter-transference and boundary in this article. After all, I think the most important thing is that I can finally see myself and start to care myself. Key word: helping people, self-narrative, counter-transference, boundary
