But after the usual physical training and testing will inevitably cause muscle soreness, which will indirectly affect efficiency. Purpose: The purpose of this study is the case of the physical fitness test after Airmen delayed onset muscle soreness, the implementation of self-acupressure effect on pain and physical fitness test scores. Methods: Quasi-experimental method used in this study design. Subjects are 60 officers of the select Air Force Base Unit. Which are divided into half as experimental group and control group. Experimental group were taught by researchers to perform acupressure, control group was not. Acupressure includes pressing three points, every day at 8:00 AM once for 10 to 15 minutes for 7 days a week. Effectiveness evaluation, the implementation of the first two physical fitness test (pre-test) on the first day of the study, in the second day of study entry to the eighth day, every morning to accept the pain visual analog scale, knee osteoarthritis inflammation pain subscales measuring the effectiveness of medical care once the scale of the next day for the first test, the third to the eighth day of the post-test, the thirtieth day do the second physical fitness test. Results: Experimental group and control group in pain visual analog scale, knee osteoarthritis health care effectiveness Scale subscales of pain, sit-ups, push-ups scores are progressive, although the amount of change scores in the experimental group than the control group, but did not reach statistically significant differences. 3000 meters runner scores, experimental group and control group on the first day of the results no significant difference (p = 0.189) in the control group on the thirtieth day of an average increase of 9.633 points score than the first day, and of statistics on the distinctiveness (p value <0.001), 3000 meters the amount of change in the experimental group than the control group to change the running score (9.633 points), the average height of 7.333 points and reached statistically significant differences。 Maasuhhwa 馬素華 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 80 zh-TW
