碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 休閒事業管理碩士在職專班 === 103 === The main purposes of this study were (1) to explore Wuling tribal tourism resources, (2) to analyze the experiencing tourism attractiveness in Wuling tribe, and (3) to construct a model of alternative tourism for Wuling tribe. There were three dimensions and ten weight factors to be obtained and evaluated for AHP questionnaire through literature review and survey. Questionnaires were distributed to thirty participants and twenty of them were valid including tribal leaders and local governmental officers. The results, in summary, suggested that: (1) Wuling tribe owns abundant tourism resources, (2) “recreational resources” is the most critical success dimension, and (3) “tribal landscape” is the heaviest weight factor for development opportunity of alternative experiencing tourism in Wuling tribe. In addition, the “ecological environment”, “unique facilities”, “interpretation service”, and “accommodation and catering expenses” are important considerations for successful tribal tourism development.
