The purpose of the research was to understand the perception of homeroom teachers and students toward the role expectations and role performance of homeroom teachers in Hualien Fuli township schools.And the relationship between the perception of homeroom teachers and students toward the role expectations and role performance of homeroom teachers in Hualien Fuli township schools was also explored.
The research objects were homeroom teachers and students in Hualien Fuli township schools.The research totally issued 376 copies of questionnaire and returned 370 copies of effective sample.The survey data gathered were conducted by average, standard deviation, t test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe,s method, Pearson,s product-moment correlation.The major conclusions are summarized as follows
