The research objects were homeroom teachers and students in Hualien Fuli township schools.The research totally issued 376 copies of questionnaire and returned 370 copies of effective sample.The survey data gathered were conducted by average, standard deviation, t test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe,s method, Pearson,s product-moment correlation.The major conclusions are summarized as follows Li-Chuan,Liu 劉麗娟 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 102 zh-TW
