Abstract
This study aimed to explore the content of the elementary school homework, the function of executing homework and the improving method when elementary school students face difficult situations. Through the based interview qualitative research methods and the supplemented data analysis research methods, found out the problems of arrangement of homework. The object of study was a second grade classroom teachers, parents and students in the Small Fish Elementary School of the secondary island of Peng-hu county. After the inductive analysis, we acquired some conclusions, suggestions and improvement ways for reference according to the implementing status of the elementary school homework. For the content of elementary school homework, repetitively writing the national language was at most in the learning area and assisting things was the main item in the other areas. Teachers can use the stamping, ranking and describing way to correct homework. Parents, teachers, students were all considered homework can be used as a students homework preview, after-school homework review and a diagnostic tool for solving difficulties. If the elementary school students can cultivate self-learning ability, it will help them overcome the difficulties as executing elementary school homework. According above conclusions, the research was made several recommendations as a reference for the education institutions, schools, teachers and parents.
