Our future lives will be changed due to the advanced technology; these changes will happen from the main metropolitan areas. At present, we are having this advantage – semiconductor industry that could create many possibilities for us. In the past, while planning intelligence buildings, we all focus on energy conservation and fireproof. However, this research will take the earthquake as the starting point and use it as a study access to intelligence buildings application. First of all, this research started from creating the questionnaires for specialists (including the public, people with house requirement, contractors, construction companies, electromechanical specialists and etc.) and then understood specialists’ needs and cognition; further raised the detail interviews to realize the current situation Earthquakes Warning System and Structural Health Monitoring. Pointing at the mentioned viewpoints from users and specialists, this research verified the practicability of Earthquakes Warning System and Structural Health Monitoring by “positive analysis”. This research tries to improve the housing earthquake safety with this technology and offer an integrated and useful solution to satisfy users’ needs and ameliorate the residential buildings. Meanwhile, in hopes that this research could set a better and safer standard of Security Surveillance System field and become a reference benchmark.
