碩士 === 國立臺灣藝術大學 === 中國音樂學系 === 103 === Due to the deliberative propaganda of Chinese opera, the government overlooked Taiwan local consciousness since Erhu has been acculturated into Taiwan in 1948. However, local consciousness was awakening when Council for Cultural Affairs founded in 1981.In recent years, most of Taiwan composers even create national music by using Taiwan local music. This thesis studies on Zhu Yun-song’s Erhu Composition “Reminiscence Under the Oil-paper Umbrella” to understand the importance of how local culture effect Chinese music and the style and characteristics of Hakka music.“Reminiscence Under the Oil-paper Umbrella” was inspired and composed by Zhu Yun-song when invited by NTUA Chinese music department in 2006. The author applied the interview, documentary analysis, music form analysis, and recorded media observation to interpret and analyze the concerto“Reminiscence Under the Oil-paper Umbrella” After decades of migration and culture blending, Hakkanese develop some kind of new Hakka culture that has localized to Taiwan culture. Hakka folk song is one of the representative Hakka music that has integrated with Taiwan culture most. Generally, Hakka folk song was composed by pentatonic scale’s mode of chih. Nevertheless, “Hakka old folk song” can be recognized as the most original aria from Northern Taiwan owing to its composition of minor triad. Under the trend of globalization, composers in Taiwan should be aware of Taiwan culture could be possibly being assimilated by others. Therefore, composers need to take the integration of both Taiwan local music and modern creation method into consideration for preservation, inheritance and innovation as most important priority of Taiwan music.
