Many episodes include 2012 E U credit crunches in bond markets, new tax of capital income in stocks, a surtax in health insurance, all force severe capital outflows and shrinks large volumes of stock transactions. Security firms under these severe economic conditions need to find ways to increase revenues by way of cross marketing, create synergy, above all, to increase market share in particular. The research methodology for this study is a case method by looking at business strategies from literature reviews with and without conglomerates support. Furthermore, to apply cross marketing to create synergy certainly becomes a crucial business strategy for conglomerate security firm in this study. The major conclusions for this study include the followings (1) To make Cross marketing as one of the key performance indicators for the conglomerate security firm; (2) the performance of the conglomerate security firm depends upon the cross marketing to a large degree; (3) basically the government-dominated conglomerate security firm tend to lag behind private counterparts in cross marketing strategy.
