Whether a project can be properly managed, depends on the interface solution management. Past project management interface solutions count on professional personnel and their own knowledge, experience, and background, but lacking of a systematic approach to assess the interface problem. Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) can assist project management interface problems to be categorized systemically and transformed into standard problems. Then use the contradiction matrix to get conceptual standard answers, and ultimately the conceptual standard answers apply to solve the project management interface problems. When adopting TRIZ to categorize the project management interface problems into standard systematic problems, the problems cannot be converted from the original TRIZ parameters successfully. It is because project management interface problems contain the interfaces between people and objects, therefore the original parameters of TRIZ (aim to objects) can not perform favorably. For solving project management interface problems, this study will analyze the TRIZ parameters appliance on “people” and establish the parameters subjected to people, hoping to assist top management solving the interface problems in a systemic thinking direction.
