Research methods while using interviews were the local Huangpu new village seniors, Kaohsiung City Government Department of Cultural Affairs, the managers of other relevant success stories. Interview the process in, most interviewees all feel the history space re-use of success or failure with it belong to the perimeter transportation function, whole environment and follow-up management the governor's performance direction relevant. This research hope through the relevant case discussion, the interview and during field reconnaissance obtain the information , can become Huangpu new village reuse development follow-up data and look forward to the follow-up military dependents development as a research reference。
