The owner applied the SIIR project subsidy by a revised proposal based on the feedback from the SBIR review committee. Finally, the pawnshop proposal was approved for receiving the SIIR subsidy. It was a great challenge to control the progress while being supervised by the project management during the executing of the subsidy project, but it also enabled the owner to rethink the business processes and reconstruct transparent financial information. All these efforts not only passed the governmental audit, but also won the recognition for being a role model of innovative services industry. The pawnshop continued receiving other government supports and discovered a successful innovative business profit model of the Sotheby-style auction of used boutiques. To sum up, the governments' projects have become a key promoter that enhanced the competitiveness of this traditional pawnshop that transformed into a transparent and robust enterprise organization. There are two relative issues in the literature: First, in teaching case or related Master thesis publication, rarely can we find the positive influence to an enterprise's success among the massive collection of government subsidized cases. Second, within the teaching cases in extant Master thesis publication, only the teaching case itself is present, but how a teaching case was derived is not revealed .On the basis of these two issues, this thesis research will base on the successful transformation of Bang-Master Pawnshop during the execution of SIIR subsidized project, follow the typical master's thesis research process, introduce the business model and resources-based theory, proceed an analysis via the teaching cases architecture, and synthesize a teaching case-writing of the Harvard style. The contribution of this study, besides of writing a teaching case model with the governmental SIIR subsidy on innovative service domain, which benefits more case teachers and learners, is to clearly present how a typical master's thesis research process can generate a validated teaching case. Through this transparent of procedure, teaching-case researchers will then have a concrete reference that details on commonly seen high-level guidelines. Yu-Hui Tao 陶幼慧 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 83 zh-TW |

碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 103 === In the process of constructing a new business model, a traditional pawnshop tried to synthesize a proposal for applying the governmental SBIR's project subsidy but failed.
