Through this case study, we applied the risk assessment tools to identify effectively such as the impact of various business operations, internal and external threats, vulnerability analysis, risk improvement measures, residual risk, etc. Analysis found that: 1.Risk assessment tool could identify weak parts of business operation and point the way and direction for improvement. 2.Among all the risk control strategies, management control plays an important role and it accounted for 72% portion, comparing to engineering control that only accounted for 3% portion.
