In recent years, More and more wireless network nodes and upgrade of touch technology. Web page views on mobile devices increased year by year, It means mobile devices will gradually replace the traditional PC desktops. The portability of Mobile Internet devices compared to the traditional desktop PC is an obvious advantage, but there are still some blind spots of use. For example, both the screen size, user interface, the control modes of mouse or touch, data rendering mode. They are so different, it let users increased discomfort and visual load in browser page, So, It is necessary to explore that which design is better of the data presentation between mobile Internet devices and traditional computers. In this study, we taken Between-subject Design experiment as a research method, there are total of 187 participants in the experiment, we use screen size and information group as independent variables, Critical Fusion Frequency, Subjective of visual fatigue, NASA-TLX workload, task performance, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and satisfaction as dependent variables. We apply SPSS software by the ANOVA to explore the interaction between the independent variables and dependent variables. The results show that whether the screen size, the information group have been designed is better than no information group, It can reduce visual fatigue, work load and improve performance, especially on a small screen is particularly significant.
