The main purpose of this thesis is to reduce the vibration of the motor during operation and to improve its structure from resonance. Modifying counterweights, labyrinth cover, shaft length and other places by results of the initial analysis. From other analysis result we can know increasing motor length and parts thick making natural frequency to down. Relatively, shorten shaft length, parts thick making natural frequency to raise. Finally, natural frequency have raise but not reach goal frequency 283.333 Hz. Thought change the rotor and the stator material can obtain higher natural frequency.
