| Summary: | 碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 企業實務管理數位學習碩士在職專班 === 103 === The numbers of Vietnam national female new immigrant in Taiwan is the most, their local venture creation is also getting increased, The foundation of this thesis is through deep interview with 8 Vietnam national spouses, analyzing in details and arranging the interview information, the result of study discovers that 3 factors: 1. The motivation of Vietnam national female: They have had working experience in Taiwan, the extent of marriage harmony between Taiwan and Vietnam, economic pressure along with interesting, 2. Preparation of new venture creation: includes fulfillment of knowledge and skill, relative support, and fund for new venture creation, close of human relationship network, well use of resource of new venture creation and operating & management ability, 3. Expectation of new venture creation: summarizes the strength of motivation of Vietnam national spouse, which can be divided into keeping the current status and plan of expansion of operating & management of shop.
The purpose of this is to study provide the new venture creation experience of Vietnam national female in Taiwan as a mirror for other national female, and also calls on the media to use empathy to look different cultural nationalism, and don’t stigma report again and again, finally, government shall fulfill multiculturalism to propose a policy of new immigrant venture creation, of which shall be described in Chinese and Vietnamese as more close to the need of Vietnam spouse in order to help them to create business venture successfully in Taiwan.
