Also investigating whether the adversity quotient and social support causing interference to the relationship between work stress of nurse with workplace deviation behavior.In the past, because the relevant research of nursing work stress mostly concern about the issues of work satisfaction, willingness to stay and mental health, but rarely aiming at work deviation behavior. The nursing quality of caring patients and the long-term development of hospital are the very important factors to nurses who have stable and professional personality .The results of the study are looking forward to be the reference for the follow-up academic research in the related topic, and even as decision-making reference basis for educational practices.This study was mainly to investigate the influence of work stress of nurse on workplace deviance behavior. Also investigating whether the adversity quotient and social support causing interference to the relationship between work stress of nurse with workplace deviation behavior.According to the results of researching motivation , problems and purposes , as well as reviewing the literatures in the study in order to establish the evidence-based framework of research and propose three hypotheses .On the other hand, applying quantitative research methods and questionnaires as a research tool to collect information. The research objects were nurse who completed the questionnaires in two hospitals located at Taichung. After analysed a total of 127 valid samples, obtained the following conclusions : First, the nurses work stress have significant positive impact on the workplace deviant behavior .Second, the adversity quotient of nurses have significant interference to the relationship between work stress and work deviation behavior.Third, the experience of nurse with the degree of social support that may cause significant interference to the relationship between work stress and work deviation behavior.Finally, in addition to proposed conclusions of the study under the meaning of theoretical and practice basis, but also describe the research restriction of the study and put forward the suggestion to the future follow-up related research.
