Summary:碩士 === 實踐大學 === 服裝設計學系碩士班 === 103 === Abstract Praxes, the brand owned by Shih Chien University Department of Fashion Design is now leading by the Chinese-American fashion designer, Wenlan Chia. These MA students are taught from zero to learn how to build a fashion label in a business structure. The management of the brand, Praxes, is critically designed by the experimental courses (also the pioneered practices to the department itself), which provides the students a further educational study and a full set process of running a team system to build their learning value of the thesis and knowing how to run a fashion brand. I was participated in the brand designer, marketing public relations, integrated management and even assistant teacher in the organization of Praxes. The functioning of the whole organization is to achieve the best view in the division of the department of mutual circulation, and get the insights of the daily data to operate and improve the brand better, even provide the situations for leader Master to make the right decisions and call immediately for this program to all the participants in house. In the meanwhile, I am also employed now by an enterprises to accurate my position precisely to know how to be a brand founder as known as a fashion designer in the same way. Refer to all the documents Praxes left during the first season, the thesis may designed to help to create the knowledge for all the processes and fine service content to those who would like to establish their own fashion business for sake. In the paper, I will demonstrate with a logic to analysis how a brand should pose to an emerging fashion designer, also describe all the instructions to a designer tasks in orders, it might help the readers to examine themselves for thinking qualified to bound their reflection more smoothly and functional. Courses in Praxes are now under the MA department to aim to grow the group stronger, and the best business intelligence always comes from experience heritage, using historical data to make judgments in lines with current news and actual case studies. All narrative, will be surrounded by the concept of costing, and gathered with the essays were too late to be record down in literary words from passing along, all will do the favors to make rational judgment for a professional designer or a brand establishers in order to achieve the goal for powering the brands vigorousness.
