Description
Summary:碩士 === 實踐大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 103 === The cultural and creative industries have successively received attention in the international community. Taiwan is also committed to the management and development of these industries. The setup of the cultural and creative park provides incubation, presentation, and exchange through cultural and creative activities while fostering life aesthetics and enhancing people’s participation, thus providing a multi-functional platform. In this study, the Songshan Yanchang Cultural Park was adopted as the research participant for discussing the management of the park, which combines cultural asset preservation and cultural industrial development. Using the nine elements in the business model of Osterwalder (2004) as the theoretical basis, case study and interview methods were adopted. The park management model was dissected and summarized using each element, and the question of whether or not park management actually enhances and sustains the development of the cultural and creative industries was examined. Research conclusions: (1) Analyze the current business model, which shall serve as a reference point for park operators in future planning; (2) The management analysis in this study does not focus on operators’ profitability, but discussions on the values and direction of the entire park; an insight was gained into whether or not park management promotes the development and sustainability of the cultural and creative industries.
