Summary:碩士 === 實踐大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 103 === Information system has become an important element for communication among corporations, government and consumers; however, the most critical factor is to utilize it effectively. How to increase the performance to avoid unnecessary wastes of costs is highly related to decision-making, and using effective data can help make the right decision. In this study, Information Systems Success Model is used to survey the customer satisfaction of the non-physical device of e-invoice. Questionnaire for the consumers is used in this study, and after analyzing the results, the conclusions are as follows: (1) The identity and habits are significantly related to the satisfaction. (2) There is positive correlation between the system quality and satisfaction. (3) There is positive correlation between the use of the system and satisfaction. (4) There is positive correlation between the benefit of using the system and satisfaction . This study used quantification method (questionnaire) to validate the feasibility and the data can be valuable reference for system information suppliers and government on system amendment or business promotion.
