General population consider Taiwanese identity as tend to Pan-Green identity and Chinese identity tend to Pan-Blue identity. Taiwanese identity tend to vote for Pan-Green candidate and Chinese identity tend to vote for Pan-Blue candidate. In addition to single identity is Taiwanese identity or Chinese identiy, I am Taiwanese as well as Chinese is double identity. This research use logit regression model to control the political identity. Political trust and Political knowledge play singnificant factors in affecting double identity. The political effect of double identity is playing positive and singnificant factor in affecting voting for KMT candidate. The experience of Taiwan strait does not exert a significant effect on double identity but is playing positive and singnificant factor in affecting voting for KMT candidate.
