Enterprises need to constantly develop new products in order to keep up with the ever evolving technology. The new products must fit into the needs of the market in order to avoid low sales after launched. Therefore, all the factors that have an impact to the new product development should be considered as critical.
Based on this, the research here takes new product development as the main subject and further study on the development and marketing integration, organizational citizenship behavior, the impact of new product development based on company capability. There are a total five major questions in this research:
1. Does the integration of R&D and marketing impacting the new product development?
2. Does organizational citizenship behavior impacting the new product development?
3. Does customer capability impacting to the new product development?
