Summary: | 碩士 === 世新大學 === 行政管理學研究所(含博、碩專班) === 103 === The Directorate General Budget, Accounting and Statistics of the Executive Yuan published recent statistics that indicate natural disasters occur in Taiwan on an average of 9.7 times per year. The urban planning blueprint includes the establishment of disaster prevention parks that play an important role in disaster prevention. The purpose of this research is to investigate the appropriate locations for the disaster prevention parks and how to allocate the associated resources in the event of a disaster in Taipei City.
This study conbimes the spatial accessibility and social vulnerability to identify the villiages with the lower accessibility to the parks and other resources for disaster prevention. The results show as fellow:
1.the disaster prevention parks is not well-distributed in Taipei City.
2.the Youth Park of WanHua District has the highest evacuation rate, and the DaAn Forest Park of DaAn District has the second highest evacuation rate. Instead, the JingHua Park of has WenShan District has the lowest evacuation rate.
3.the results from the analysis on social vulnerability show that there are still many areas with high social vulnerability can not access to any disaster prevention parks.
In the end, this study has some policy discussion based on the results, and hope to provide some implication of policy for government agencies. In addition, this study also tries to provide the recommendations for the future research.
