If the conflicts cannot be solved through existing institution, social movements would happen." Cross-Strait Agreement" and "Sunflower student movement" is an example. Due to the decentralization character of Internet, Internet cyberspace is composed of multi-value and heterogeneous speech, interprets multi-faceted issues. This study focuses on three main questions: (1) is there diversity in Taiwan public spheres?, (2) how does journalistic profession influence news content? ,and (3)how does democratic values inherent in news content? From the“discourse contestation”perspective, using content analysis and text analysis in three Taiwanese internet media. This study finds that media in Taiwan Internet public spheres are diversified and differentiated. Different democratic values, media logic and ideologies of media organizations make Taiwan public spheres pluralistic. Internet as Public Spheres can help citizens understand the facts and the whole picture.
