Therefore, their banks to be able to one day standing on the international stage and in the appraisal and consolidation is definitely necessary, especially Government expected to use domestic takes the merger of banks, the future can have a place in Asia. Recently advocated by the Government takes the bank merger news sustained fever, and MEGA International Commercial Bank and first commercial bank's proposed merger possible objects, and intimidating, not overnight. Therefore, this study only looks at MEGA International Commercial Bank, and Bank, and CAMEL indicators to assess their combinations of performance. Data analysis results show that mega international commercial bank mergers and the best of the top three banks, namely Changhua commercial bank, Taiwan Land Bank, First commercial bank, mainly on the grounds of the three banks CAMEL Simulation of combined five dimensions 12 pointer comparison up to three times higher, so it is worth considering merging object.
