However, the supply staffs suffer from the change of the military organization in army, and we make sure how do they think about this organizational change, whether they get more stressed after reducing total number of army, and whether they have different job-satisfaction due to the recognition in the organizational change of army. The aim of this study is to investigate the relation among the military organizational change, work stress, and job-satisfaction for voluntary army who service in supplementary system and to analyze the difference among the organizational change, work stress, and job-satisfaction in their recognition. The survey data were analyzed separately using the project analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, independent-sample t test, and one-way ANOVA. The research conclusion and recommendations for these analyses are as follows: (1) as the recognition of organizational change of supply staffs increases, their work stress is getting better if duties and responsibilities are not assigned clearly, (2) when supply staffs take more responsibilities, their willing and satisfaction is lower, (3) when the recognition of organizational change of supply staffs is higher, their satisfaction of working is higher, (4) when supply staffs properties, such as age, seniority, and rank, and corresponding work stress are lower, their satisfaction is better, (5) work stress of male supply staffs in is higher than that of female supply staffs.
