In this study, Hsinchu County's Realty practitioners for the study, through the personality and work pressure and research organizations to discuss the impact of climate Realty employees. Through questionnaires distributed manner, and descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product moment, LSD and other relevant comparative law analysis, the results of this study found that personality traits and work stress and organizational climate to Taiwan Realty employees Hsinchu area Jie-you significant correlation.
