In order to achieve the purposes of this study, the questionnaire method was applied in this study, and the subjects of the survey were the high graders of elementary schools in New Taipei City. Stratified random sampling questionnaires were issued 786 questionnaires, and totle effective sample were 713 questionnaires. The rate of returning valid questionnaire was 90.7%. The obtained data was analyzed by statistical methods including Descriptive Statistics, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this research are as follows: (1)Family disciplinary attitude was above the average. (2)Suffered bullying and bullying behavior were under the average. The score of the verbal bullying was higher than the other types of bullying behavior. (3)There were obvious differences in gender and family structure of family disciplinary attitude. (4)There were obvious differences in gender and grade of suffered bullying and bullying behavior. (5)There were significantly negative correlations between family disciplinary attitude and suffered bullying, bullying behavior. (6)Family disciplinary attitude could be used to effectively predict suffered bullying and bullying behavior.
