Stock selection criteria are continuous average over 15% of the stocks of the five-year return on equity. Selected stocks return rate then compared with the TAIEX and Taiwan 50 Index. The study finding the return on equity (ROE) does have a higher stock returns than the TAIEX and Taiwan 50 Index.
