Thus, one of the main reasons for Vietnam to engage in the international collaboration is to improve training quality and enrich the human resource for the economic development. This study aims to assess join master programs at the international education faculty at Foreign Trade University, basing evaluation on the overall student satisfaction. SSI model developed by Temizer and Turkyilmaz (2012) to measure student satisfaction at private university is used in the research. The data of this research is analyzed by the SPSS 20.0 software. The online questionnaires in the research is used for collecting the opinion of joint master students at the international education faculty at Foreign Trade University about their satisfaction. From the analyzing of 237 respondents, result of the research shown that image (IM), perceived value (PV), perceived quality (PQ), student expectation (EXP) have impact on student satisfaction, in which the overall satisfaction of students coming from joint master programs at Foreign Trade University is effected mostly by perceived value, and image. In addition, the study results not only suggest some solutions to improve the student satisfaction at the international education faculty at Foreign Trade University, but also gives some limitations of the research.
