Businesses taking strategic approaches to carbon management now will gain imme- diate business benefits in the future. In this paper we develop a carbon-constrained deteriorating inventory model when inventory stimulates demand. Starting with some mild assumptions, we first characterize the profit maximizing inventory re- plenishment strategy under the Carbon Cap-and-Trade policy, and then make some extensions to the model with the Carbon Offset policy.
