碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 103 === The purpose of this exemplify was to distinguish the relationship among work stress, leisure participation, and leisure coping of junior-high-school teachers in Kaohsiung City. The exemplify was conducted with the the survey of questionnaires and cluster sampling. The teachers form 1 to 3 schools were chosen in each of the 11 districts as the sample. The questionnaires were distributed to 621 teachers and 527 samples were valid. The exemplify data based on the questionnaire are analyzed with SPSS 12.0 by descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, independent t-test, and Scheffe’s method. The conclusions were drawn as follows: 1.The work stress of the teachers in Kaohsiung City was mainly from over work. In the aspect of work stress, significant differences partially existed in different age, seniority, teaching subject, school size. 2.In the aspect of leisure participation, the amusement activity was participated most. The significant differences partially existed in different gender, age, marriage, seniority, teaching subject, school size, and the position. 3.In the aspect of leisure coping, The emotion-improving activities were emphasized most. The significant differences partially existed in different gender, age, marriage, teaching subject, school size, and the position. 4.Within the leisure coping, the work stress and the leisure participation were positive linear-correlated.
