Since 2005 the number of the mobile phone traffic volume was raise,even in 2007 it had exceed the landline telecommunication.The Ministry of Transportation make open to the client can take phone number to another communication company,this one let the communication companies how to make the service to their client to keep contract in this time.The competition of traditional pries can not deal with the need of variety market.The communication company must promote it’s service quality to raise competition so that their client can keep faithful.So this report is to research the relationship in the quality of communication business that the client expect and after using and faithful.From this we can know the client’s Satisfaction and Faithful and to in-depth exploration.
