In order to achieve the purpose, qualitative research method is used by interviewing employees of an international company in Vietnam based on in-depth semi-unstructured questions. The framework used in this research focuses on the factors impacting to organizational culture. Research’s result shows that company put a lot of efforts on Company’s culture to build up the image of company to employees and customers, attract, recruit, develop and retain the employees, but that still have some problems in company’s activities not match with company’s culture. Although that is a global company, but it builds the culture of company based on local culture, it is really important to develop the company and manage local employees. The case study company reflects the model of most of international company in Vietnam. The result of this research can match with real situation in Vietnam, it also contribute in supporting company to have suitable management in building up the company’s culture. 陳碧雲 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 81 en_US
