Summary: | 碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 化學工程與材枓工程系 === 103 === This study was prepared cellulose acetate hollow fiber membrane by dry-wet spinning to investigate the effect of additives on the hollow fiber membrane structure, mechanical properties and penetration. And the use of universal testing machine, scanning electron microscopy and pure water flux measurement module to measure the tensile strength, surface structure and penetration. Experimental results show that using NMP solvent of cellulose acetate hollow fiber membrane without adding permeation flux and tensile stress to 320.1 LMH / Bar and 3.53 MPa, adding sulfuric acid solution hollow fiber membrane permeation flux and tensile stress up to 551.11 LMH / Bar and 3.72 MPa, adding acetic acid hollow fiber membrane permeation flux and tensile stress up to 360.89 LMH / Bar and 2.61 MPa, the other show that using DMSO solvent of cellulose acetate hollow fiber membrane without adding permeation flux and tensile stress to 267.43 LMH / Bar and 4.51 MPa, adding sulfuric acid solution hollow fiber membrane permeation flux and tensile stress up to 435.11 LMH / Bar and 2.19 MPa, adding acetic acid hollow fiber membrane permeation flux and tensile stress up to 310.02 LMH / Bar and 2.09 MPa. Confirmed cellulose acetate hollow fiber membrane prepared with different solvents of different additives can be added to enhance permeation flux and affect the mechanical properties.
