In this study, SPSS and AMOS statistical Windows software for statistical analysis tool, sample t test with single-factor analysis of variance, two-factor analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, cluster analysis, SEM analysis and other methods analyze the results of the study found that: 1、Explore the high-tech industry practitioners, their personal characteristics of perceived organizational support and ethical climate of psychological empowerment, organizational commitment and cognitive What is the difference between the willingness to stay, part of a study and found significant differences. 2、Explore different individual variables of the high-tech industry employment and perceived organizational support, ethical climate, psychological empowerment, organizational differences in circumstances and to remain committed to the wishes of the generated, collected two-factor analysis of variance to compare the main effects and interaction of variables, the researchers found that there is a significant part of the impact. 3、Explore the high-tech industry employment between perceived organizational support and ethical climate of psychological empowerment, organizational commitment and willingness to stay and other variables correlation study found that there is a very significant correlation. 4、Explore the high-tech industry employment in perceived organizational support and ethical climate of psychological empowerment, organizational commitment and the impact of the findings between the various variables remain willingness to have a significant positive impact discovery part. 5、Perceived organizational support and ethics of climate change on each item of psychological empowerment, organizational commitment, such as clustering analysis to understand the characteristics of each cluster and the willingness to stay on the differences, researchers found that there is a very significant difference. 6、SEM analysis to explore the high-tech industry practitioners, the perceived organizational support and ethical climate of psychological empowerment, organizational commitment and retention affect willingness among other variables, the researchers found that most have a significant positive impact. 7、With the findings to make recommendations to policy-makers and high-tech industry for reference of subsequent researchers. The study confirmed that perceived organizational support and enhance the ethical climate of the identity and wishes to remain psychological empowerment and organizational commitment will be relatively improved, therefore, from the decision-making unit is bound to explore these variables in the review unit's internal problems, I believe that if they can improvements will reduce employees complain, make work more perfect service, employees of the organization's identity will be higher.
