But as the negative behavior is inevitably well-known by all, it is not being taken seriously. The authorities also pay little attention to the issue. Achieving organizational goal depends on behaviors that are beyond the normal role requirements which include self-management and interaction. This is call the organizational citizenship behavior. It is not a behavior underlying a formal or certain condition but is self-sacrifice, which can drive the organizational operation effectively. It is often discuss in the study of organizational citizenship behavior. In summary, this study examines the relationship among organizational politics, organizational citizenship behavior, and self-monitoring. This study aimed to discuss the relationship among organizational politics, organizational citizenship behavior, and self-monitoring. This study conducts survey by distributing questionnaires. Three hundred copies of questionnaire are distribute, 262 copies are collect, and 242 copies are valid. The effective response rate is 80.67%. Statistical hypothesis testing is conducts with information obtain from the questionnaires using statistical package software of SPSS.
