碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 103 === Fire authorities firefighters are an important human resource, when disaster strikes, the community property and safety protection by the trained firefighters, so the education and training of firefighters affect people's lives and property safety of firefighters on duty is very huge, education and training success or failure will affect the quality of public service modern training, in addition to the amount of training requirements for promotion, pay more attention to enhance the training effect. In this study, education and training programs for firefighters major research topic, the effectiveness of training for causing interference factors are divided into "curriculum planning", "non-curriculum planning" collecting information and analysis, planning on training on how to improve, permeable to the ways in which you can improve, as this paper worth exploring on the main directions of research recommendations.
