Sports leisure industry is one of the industries of high service quality, the service quality will directly affect the consumer, Therefore, service quality is the key of consumer's mind,it will become the key of the sports leisure center which not only attracts consumers but also influences the success of the business. This research is aimed at the sports leisure center, the establishment of the service quality factor that may influence consumer choice, and using analytic network process (ANP) as the analysis tool to obtain the relative weight of the factors affecting the service quality, and to clarify the customer's consumer behavior as a reference for the sports and leisure center. Thereby, to improve the service quality, establish perfect service, make consumers are satisfied with sports leisure center . Research results show that under the influence of the service quality of Sports Leisure Center, the weight ratio of professional structure is the highest.In the criterion of evaluation index is under consideration, to service attitude kind, integrity facilities, providing consumers the right information, to meet customer needs and service and possess professional knowledge is the most important index. Customer's repurchase intention is most important aspects of the consumer behavior. Therefore, factors that have big effectiveness to sports leisure center's service quality which are under consideration. It is recommended that customer repurchase intention as the main key of sports and leisure center industry, so improving the "cordial attitude service", "completeness facility", "to provide consumers with the correct information", "to satisfy with customer demand and service" and "have professional knowledge" and so on.
