The first part is that the electromagnetic energy receiving antenna, the antenna using T18 MEMS post-process for the structure, the process etch the silicon dioxide below the antenna structure. This way is using the antenna structure to be suspended in the air, because of transferred decreasing reflections and loss in same medium. As a result this method can raise antenna receives efficiency. Next, the second part is AC-DC converter circuit. We use voltage doubler rectifier circuit, but the voltage accrossing the diodes in the rectifier circuit is too high. Thus we use native mos diode-connected transistors as a circuit element because the T18 native mos diode-connected transistors being around 90mV. As a result, This manner can significantly reduce energy consumption on the diodes and effectively raising the conversion efficiency. The first part increases to receiving efficiency, it can significantly raise 1dB of gain total for antenna receive. The second part reduces the consumption of energy conversion effectively. The pre-simulation results of the output DC voltage of the voltage doubling rectifier circuit reaching at 2.4V.In this paper, we will integrated two parts with antenna and rectifier on the chip.
