This research analysis the flash Analog to digital converter, depends on Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor, threshold inverter quantization voltage to be low power consumption and high speed. The Complementary Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor’s threshold inverter quantization voltage technology is a special way to provide a reference voltage, the difference between the original flash Analog to digital converter is using the complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor threshold inverter quantization comparator to substitute the reference voltage which caused by the resistance and coupling capacitor. This technology is called threshold inverter quantization voltage technology, compare to the original flash analog to digital converter can efficiently reduce the area of the chip and the consumed power.
