We draw a diamond-type motorcycle frame with SolidWorks, and then we use ANSYS / Workbench for meshing and modal analysis. We measure the frequency response functions (FRFs) with spectrum analyzer, then we import these frequency response functions to ME’scopeVES to do modal analysis to estimate the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the frame to verify and revise the finite element model. We add engine, swing arm, shock absorber, front fork, handle bar, front and rear wheel subsequently to the frame to build the real motorcycle model. We also use equivalent point mass to replace the engine and both wheels to establish point mass model of the motorcycle. Then we do finite element analysis to observe the changes of natural frequencies and mode shapes and compare the results from solid model and point mass model. 張超群 104 學位論文 ; thesis 62 zh-TW
