The using data for this study were collected by the questionnaires. The research tools were inclusive of the leisure exercise participation motivation scale, and the leisure exercise satisfaction scale. The results of this research showed as followings: 1. The current situation of leisure exercise participation for teaching and administrative of the colleges and university showed as followings: I. The group of most samples was 31 to 60 minutes of daily exercise, 3 days of weekly exercise, less than 15 minutes are used to moving to the sports ground. Walking was that the most samples choice leisure exercise item, and the time of participating the leisure exercise was maintained for 1 to 3 years. The most samples chose motorcycles as transportation, and went alone to the sports ground. II. The group of most samples was males, between 41 and 45 years old, married, having offspring, university education, and the salary between 20,001 and 40,000. 2. There were four factors in participation motivation of leisure exercise. The score of living needs was highest, social needs was second, motivation was third, and healthy needs was lowest. There were four factors in satisfaction of leisure exercise. The score of health was highest, safe comfort and achievements were second, and society was lowest. 3. Research analysis showed that, depending on their gender, age, marital status, education level, teaching and administrative staff of the colleges and universities who participated in this research had significantly different participation motivation and satisfaction of leisure exercise. And no matter participation motivation and satisfaction of leisure exercise, there was no significantly difference in salary. 4. For teaching and administrative staff of the colleges and universities, the participation motivation of leisure exercise was significantly positive correlated with satisfaction of leisure exercise.
