The research samples which included 312 male and 388 female were chosen from vocational high students in Hualien County. Research data analysis was carried out with a percentage, the average, t test, and one-way ANOVA. The results of the study were listed as following: 1. Vocational school students have cyber bullying behavior was widespread currently. 2. The negative emotional factors of the vocational high school students were associated with cyber bullying behaviors. 3. Different personalities of the vocational high school students were associated with cyber bullying behaviors. 4. Compared the different background variables of the vocational high school students with cyber bullying behavior were obvious difference among gender, academic achievement, blood type, family socioeconomic status, and family structure. 5. There was significant difference between genders of vocational school high students and cyber bullying behaviors. 6. There was significant difference between different grades of vocational high school students and cyber bullying behaviors. 7. There was no significant difference between different blood type of vocational high school students and cyber bullying behaviors. 8. There was significant difference between different family socioeconomic status of vocational high school students and cyber bullying behaviors. 9. There was no significant difference between different between different family structures of vocational high school students and cyber bullying behaviors. Hope that the study results might provide the references for parents, teachers, schools, and the future researches.
