The conclusions of the study are as follows: 1.Through upper and lower control limits of performance evaluation matrix method, there are 6 out 25 items which need to be improved. The farthest item from upper and lower control limits : the teacher could maintain good order in the classroom. 2.The first graders of the middle school have higher satisfaction on the after school program. 3.After implementing the six sigma techniques for improvement, 4 questionable topics including the farthest from the upper and lower control limits have been improved and met the standard. This study aims to provide reference for schools that would like to enhance the quality of after-school programs.
