The aim of this research is to explore the effect of practicing “Career Development Education Activities Program” on sixth grade primary school students with eight perspectives - perfectionism, external orientation, evade-obedient, self-value, work ambition, career self-efficacy, gender mechanical impression, and character mechanical impression. The research outcome will act as a reference for primary school to practice Career Development Education Activities Program in the future. The research was limited by time and manual labor; therefore, the research targets were 25 author’s sixth grade students in class A, Chang Shing Primary School, Pintung County. The quasi-experimental design was implemented on research targets who had been received Career Development Education Activities Program for an academic year. The “Career Perception survey” had been given to the research targets for 4 times through practicing activities program to evaluate the responses in the eight perspectives. The data which was analysed by the research method of independent groups, paired-sample t test combined with working sheets in each activity was taken as the information of qualitative research’s assisted investigation. The major consequences of this research are as the following. First, “Career Development Education Activities Program” has short-term and long-term effects on the perspectives of sixth grade, class A students’ perfectionism, external orientation, and character mechanical impression. Secondly, “Career Development Education Activities Program” has a short-term effect on the perspectives of sixth grade, class A students’ self-value, career self-efficacy, and gender mechanical impression. Third, “Career Development Education Activities Program” shows no short-term and long-term effects on the perspectives of sixth grade, class A students’ self-value, and work ambition. Finally, from the feedback of students’ working sheets, “Career Development Education Activities Program” has a positive effect on the result of counselling of student’s career awareness.
