Elderly proportion of the total population count also showed significant growth, the ratio of the total population of the elderly population in Taiwan since 1993, has more than 65 years of age 7%, enter "aging society", estimate 2018 will reach 14.6% of the "aged society", while in 2025 the percentage of the elderly population will reach 20.0%, entering the "super-aged society." 65 years old disability population estimate in 2018 will reach 487 thousand, accounting for 13.95% of the population over 65 years of age. In view of this, the relevant government departments have already aging population derived health care, and on June 3, 2015 promulgated the" Long-term Care Services Act "to link up with" the implementation of Long-term Care Insurance Act. " Due to the social patterns and rapid changes in family structure, most the family have been unable to assume full responsibility for care of the elderly alone. In recent years, long-term care for the elderly-related institutions are increasing among the elderly care work has gradually shifted from the family-type care services to stay. Disability rights of the elderly receiving care affected by personnel quality and configuration management and care quality and other indicators of the impact; our "Long-term Care Double Acts" that is the forefront of the indicators for the specification, implementation of the double-acts may have an impact on the operating institutions. In this study, the first to document design of experiments, and distributed a questionnaire to gather relevant information through the Taichung area 64 elderly nursing institutions, with descriptive statistics and nonparametric statistical analysis of the number of relevant information to verify the hypothesis. And then make recommendations for the industry reference for conclusions. The results show that although each agency "long-term care Double Act 'message different sources, but for the" long-term care Double Act "to be implemented in most content visibility, also generally agreed that the management will be subject to different degrees of influence; in addition to strengthening the functions of education and training staff on response strategies and applications within a five-year long-term care institutions project a more positive thoughts, the rest are mostly uncertain and maintain the status quo. Hoping to present findings and recommendations by the study of induction, the effective delivery of long-term care institutions in response to double-acts policy formulation, modification and execution on the reference.
