It can be used to produce γ-Butyrolactone(GBL), tetrahydrofuran(THF), polybutylene terephthalate(PBT).Which are wildly used in engineering plastics , solvent , pesticide , plasticizers , leather and fiber. This thesis uses CuCr2O4 catalyst and CuCr2O4-Pd catalyst for producing 1,4- butanediol(BDO), γ-Butyrolactone(GBL) Tetrahydrofuran(THF) and n-butanol from hydrogenolysis of diethyl succinate in a packed bed reactor. By changing feed flow rate, reaction temperature, reaction pressure, the optimum conditions for producing 1,4- butanediol(BDO) were found. At 200℃,400psi and 1/10hWHSV ,the maximum BDO yield obtained was 38% and selectivity was 39.91% by using CuCr2O4 catalyst.Under the same reaction condition ,the maximum BDO yield obtained was 49% and selectivity was 51.3% by using CuCr2O4-Pd catalyst. Experiment results indicated that THF and n-butanol yields decreased after Pd addition,which resulted in the increase of BDO yield and selectivity. Catalyst of this thesis (CuCr2O4 ,CuCr2O4-Pd(100:1), CuCr2O4-Pd(200:1)catalyst) were examined with FE-SEM,EDS, BET, XRD, TPR, TGA and ICP-AES. LI,GUO-JEN 李國禎 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 127 zh-TW
