At the same time, advancing technologies have made the bonding among people much stronger and evermore convenient; nonetheless, the usual human emotion and affection seem to be lacking and there is a mixed feeling of intimacy and distance. The creation of Internet and smart-phones has given birth to smart-phone addicts, of whom the majority feels lonely and alienated. The author would like to discuss how one could realize one’s innermost desires through the explorations of nature, solitude, monologue and dialogue. Then again through the creative process, let them—the images of the author’s inner self, the forlorn and determined freedom—return. These images seem to tell one’s special sense and sensibility—the pursuit of inner peace and freedom, though lonely but free. The first chapter, "Introduction" discusses one’s research motivations, purposes and scopes. The second chapter, "Roots of creations" discusses the road of creations that goes from chaos to systemic and eventually finds resonance with the history of material arts. The author was excited and thrilled by the arts created by the Western artists Friedrich and Andrew Wyeth; learning from the Western artists, who learn from natures, the author realizes spirituality within serenity. Learning from an oriental artist, the Japanese "national artist", also known as Higashiyama, the author absorbs his ideologies and theories and gradually develops his own creative realm. The third chapter, "Contents and forms of creations" analyzes the contents and forms of creations to clearly present imagery and emotion expressed in various artworks. The fourth chapter, "Work analysis" reflects on one’s personal journey of creative process, and at the same time analyzes one’s beliefs and concepts. The fifth chapter, "Conclusions" reflects on the author’s creative artworks and beliefs, focusing the process for writing an academic research paper. It is hoped that the road of arts can go a long way and keep enriching people’s souls and minds. 倪再沁 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 53 zh-TW |
