The Taiwan machinery industry was faced a tough challenge which has always been cost leadership and oriented to manufacturing and OEM. Industry 4.0 was proposed which not only brought the fourth wave of the industrial revolution with the global manufacturing industry, but also took a new opportunity for the Taiwan machinery industry. This article argues that the existing machinery industrial chain should be extending down, to establish an innovation platform of integration services of closed sales supply chain system that build up the strategic partnership with domestic large processing plants. To be able to rapid respond to customer demand and strengthen interaction with customer relationship, this study presents the integrated model of innovation. Through the innovation platform which combined sale and manufacture warranty material procurement / quote service, made all the vendors of the supply chain able to improve production efficiency, and reach customized demand and upgrade service quality. This study finally concludes that the study limitations of the intergraded service innovation model have three points, R&D funding, costs, and the concept correction of profit, those can be the direction of follow-up study.
